« Gitz-o-War retires »

Guitar hero Gitz-o-War takes on his well-deserved retirement.

This decision, which had been under consideration for a long time, was now pushed on because of Gitzes unfortunate injury in the beginning of march, this year. There was, understandably, no more motivation for our "tall guy" to go deep into the sessions for our second album or to face the autumn tour.

Bettie Ford will go on, as you maybe already have seen on one of our shows this year, with the remaining four guys. The gap Gitze leaves in our ranks is too big and he was/is too important for this band that we would, without doubt, never be able to fill it with a replacement.



But of course, we don't let a founding member, this guitar warlock, go away gentle and quiet. Give credit where credit is due. The retirement will be celebrated here, where Gitz-o-War was bound to for eight long years: on stage! With other friends, bands, fans, surprises... The whole big thing is being planned now. We're locating this event for november / december in cologne! When we got something solid you can get every detail here!
