Merry Christmas!

Dear folks,

we would like to thank you for a very exciting and action-packed 2009, with a lot of great shows and people we've met and we wish you all, even if you're non-believers like Don or maybe don't even celebrate it, a peaceful, loving and relaxing Merry Christmas!

With the coming New Year we also have quite a loud schedule planned for 2010, like the Bettie Ford Record No. 3 or the Bettie Ford Unplugged Recordings (just to name a few) and we are really, really looking forward to celebrate it you, with all the new songs we have stored in our backpacks, wherever you are!

So we say "So long", be well, loud and Rock'n'Roll!

Fall 2009

Hey folks,

we are happy to announce our preliminary show schedule for the fall / winter tour 2009 under Dates!

Since some of you claimed we would neglect to rock the southern region of our beloved country on purpose, we decided to disprove such allegations by touring the south almost exclusively! Additionally, for the very first time, our friends from Switzerland have the chance to see two Bettie Ford shows live in their own country.

And last but not least, Don and Silver will of course also be rocking unplugged at a few, selected locations throughout the country!

But still, stay tuned for more shows to come!

Dear friends,

unfortunately, our show at the Fabrik Open Air on august, the 7th has been canceled.

Instead we would like to invite you to our show at the Underground on September, the 25th, with our long-time friends Psychopunch from Sweden.

News Flash

Dear friends, 

again it's time to give you some hot updates about what's going on in the Ford family.

Shows: As we write this, booking and negotiations are in progress for the Bettie Ford tour all over germany in late 2009. So prepare yourself when we come knocking on your door in october and november. In addition to that, Don and Silver will play some exclusive unplugged shows again in december and january. (more details upcoming).

New Ford Album: We have been quite busy with our songwriting for our third long player for a few weeks now. The studio date is set for january 2010 and we are eagerly looking forward for the recording session. And to be honest, we are having a blast! About six new songs are already done and that's just the beginning. More updates to come in the next weeks, of course, and all we can tell you is, that the new songs are very melodic, full of groove and certainly kick ass!

League Of Fools: We're happy to announce that our first record, which has been sold out for almost two years now, is available again in limited supply! Some last CDs finally made their way back from russia to our stock and you have the exclusive chance to order this "classic" punkrock long player here at bettieford.de - check out our merchandise corner!

One day, two shows

Hello folks,

on the 23rd of december we're going to play two shows on one day. First at the so called Strongmenrun on the airport in Weeze from 18.30 till 19.30h (free entry) and after that we'll hit the stage of our favorite location in Düsseldorf, the Pitcher, later in the evening.

It doesn't matter where, we're looking forward to all of you to celebrate a day full of Rock'n'Roll.

It's quiet before the storm

Hey Folks,

well, due to the upcoming occassion, this time, the Don is writing to you!

I bet some of you have been asking themselves why it's so quiet with the Betties. Well, first of all, I have been quite busy the last few weeks preparing for the recording session of my solo album which starts tomorrow. Since it has always been a dream of mine for years, I am pretty excited about it. Others buy new cars, I buy myself a solo album! More news to come soon.

But since I have also been hearing stuff like "A solo album marks the beginning of the end of a band", let me tell you that nothing could be more wrong! Quite the opposite is the case, because while I prepared for my solo project, which is more a Singer / Songwriter thing and sounds more like "Days of the New" and "Temple of the Dog", Brat and I have been busy working on the third Bettie Ford record. More news to come here also soon!

So, wish us luck and consider yourself brought up to speed!
